Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made in the Betlejemski Dar online store. By placing an order you accept them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Every piece is handmade from natural olive wood, so grain, colour, and small details differ from piece to piece. Slight variation in tone, markings, and dimensions is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them.

Prices are shown in US dollars by default, and we also display PLN and EUR prices. The currency you select at checkout is the currency you are charged in.

Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the carrier you choose. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies.

An order is a request to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by email and your payment has been taken. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund that part of the order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept the card types shown at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

All orders are shipped from Poland. We currently deliver within Europe only. Available carriers, delivery estimates, and rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are indicative and start from the moment your order is dispatched. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as carriers may need to contact you.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

• Tell us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing us your order details.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• We refund the price of the item once we receive it. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
• Made-to-order or personalised items, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, are excluded from this right.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping cost.

If you leave a review or send us photos, keep it honest and respectful. By sending content you allow us to display it on the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive.

The text, photographs, and designs on this site belong to Betlejemski Dar and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

We are responsible for delivering your order in good condition, as described. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a product, such as dishwasher or microwave use on pieces that are not suitable for it. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live. You can use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes.
